Recommendations regarding the placement of Mobile House
Because of their size (8m x 3m) a semi-trailer is used to transport the Mobile House near the installation site. Fitted with wheels, the unloading of the Mobile House is easily done using two unloading ramps attached to the trailer. No lifting equipment is required. With its relatively low weight, its own wheels and tow hooks, the Mobile Home can be easily towed, from either front or back, to the desired installation place.

The installation site does not require special preparation. In general, a flat and horizontal ground is recommended. After it is placed in the desired location, the house is supported by four adjustable legs. To avoid tilting of the house during utilization the supporting legs must be placed on a hard surface (i.e. concrete plates).

The Mobile House can be installed in locations with or without utilities available. Where available, after installation at the desired location, the house is then connected to utilities (power, water and sewer) using the appropriate hardware and fittings that are available with the house. If utilities are not available at the placement site, the Mobile House can be delivered with potable and toilet water reservoirs, and power generator.

The Mobile House is easy to use and has all the utilities needed for the activities it was designed for. It does not require special maintenance, other than annual verification and adjustment of horizontal position of the house and checking for any leaks in the utilities connections.
